How The Subscription Box Works

SELECT YOUR PLAN

Our jewellery subscription boxes features a wide selection of pieces such as necklaces, rings, earrings and bracelets. You’ll receive a choice between three pieces or five pieces depending on your subscription choice. All the pieces are hand-picked by our in-house jewellery experts, based on your style once you fill out the style form. We include an extra special gift as our way of saying 'Thank You' .

ORDER YOUR PLAN

The jewellery subscription box is activated from the date of purchase. You will receive your first subscription box five working days from purchase. Subsequent boxes will be received on the 15th of each month. All of our boxes are lovingly put together by our in-house team using 100% sustainable packaging. We use reliable postage services dispatching straight to your door, hassle-free.

PAYING FOR YOUR PLAN

Payment for the subscription will be taken upon signing up. You will then be billed on a rolling monthly basis on the same date of each month. Our subscription is entirely flexible, allowing you to cancel your subscription at any time. You can simply process the request from your account area or send a request to our customer service team at least five working days before the next payment.

HOW DOES THE SUBSCRIPTION WORK?

You can become a subscriber by purchasing a plan. There are four subscriptions available, a Three-Piece and Five-Piece Monthly Subscription Plan and a Three-Piece and Five-Piece Annual Subscription Plan. Each item is carefully curated by the team to give you gorgeous pieces that you can enjoy all year round, whatever the occasion.

WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED?

Your account will be charged for the first box, the day you subscribe. Your account will be charged on the same date of each month moving forward for monthly plans. All orders will be shipped within 5 business days of payment processing.

ARE THERE ANY CANCELLATION FEES?

There are no cancellation fees associated with terminating your monthly subscription.

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY ON THE ANNUAL PLAN?

You can request a cancellation and a refund within 14 days of subscribing to the annual plan. Refunds take between 5-7 working days to process. After 14 days, you will not be able to cancel your plan. There are no refunds provided once the first box has been received.

CAN I PERSONALISE MY BOX?

We want you to have the best experience so upon subscribing, you will receive an email with a link to a form that we ask you to fill in. The information provided helps us to tailor your experience ensuring you love everything you receive in your box!

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY OF THE MONTHLY PLAN?

You may cancel your monthly subscription three months after subscribing. To cancel before your next renewal, the cancellation must be processed 5 business days prior to the renewal date. If your billing date falls over a weekend or holiday, the cancellation request must be received before 12:00 pm GMT on the previous business day.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE THE BOX?

We ship your first box 5 business days from first sign-up. Subsequent boxes are shipped on the 25th of each month.

IS THE JEWELLERY BOX ONLY FOR UK RESIDENTS?

Not at all, The Jewellery BOX is available to everyone internationally!

AS A MONTHLY SUBSCRIBER, DO I GET TO ATTEND ANY EVENTS?

The events are exclusive to annual subscribers, however as a way of saying 'Thank you' to our long-term monthly subscribers, we invite a select few to attend those events.
