WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT?
The GoldBOX is an exclusive monthly curation of 3 hand-picked high-quality 18ct gold pieces, selected by our in-house experts. In your box, you will receive a pair of earrings, a necklace and a ring or bracelet.
WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY OF THE MONTHLY PLAN?
You may cancel your monthly subscription three months after subscribing. To cancel before your next renewal, the cancellation must be processed 5 business days prior to the renewal date. If your billing date falls over a weekend or holiday, the cancellation request must be received before 12:00 pm GMT on the previous business day.
WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED?
Your account will be charged for the first box, the day you subscribe. Your account will be charged on the same date of each month moving forward for monthly plans. All orders will be shipped within 5 business days of payment processing.
WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY ON THE ANNUAL PLAN?
You can request a cancellation and a refund within 28 days of subscribing to the annual plan. Refunds take between 5-7 working days to process.
