We normally expect to dispatch all orders within one working day of order confirmation. During busy holiday periods or events such as Black Friday we may take up to 3-5 days for some orders due to the high volumes.

Our Returns Policy forms part of, and must be read in conjunction with, our Terms and Conditions of Sale. We reserve the right to change this Returns Policy at any time.
It is important that you check your order or items upon receipt and always before use. If any errors occur or issues arise then these need to be reported to us immediately so we can investigate. Please note, we cannot accept returns on pierced items for hygiene reasons and items must have all tags attached. Items must be return with 28 days of receipt. I
For UK & ROI customers, you are able to return unsuitable items within 28 days of receipt. For all international customers, please return unsuitable items within 28 days of receiving your parcels. Please return unsuitable items in their original packaging.
We're sorry, but we are unable to offer free returns for customers, returns must be made at your own cost. Please ensure to get the proof of postage receipt. to avoid any issues.
Oh no! We are so sorry you have received a faulty item! We can get this sorted for you, please contact our Customer Services with a picture of the faulty item and your order number by emailing customerservice@chloepolo.co.uk
Although we take care to prevent any damage to your goods during transit it is possible that problems may arise. Please accept our apologies if you have received a damaged item.
We ask that you do not refuse delivery, instead accept the goods and contact us immediately. Refusal may actually result in a delay of the parcel being returned.
We aim to process and refund your return ASAP, but on occasions it may take up to 28 days UK (28 Days International) for your return to be processed and a further 7 days for the refund to reach your account.
Please check your account as the refund will show under CHLOEPOLOLTD, and may show on the date of your original purchase.
If you haven't received a refund and it has been more than 28 days UK (28 days international) since you posted your returns then please contact us with a picture of your proof of postage receipt.
As soon as we have processed your refund, you will receive an email notification. Please note it can take 3-5 working days for the payment to show in your account, depending on the card issuer.
Unfortunately we do not refund delivery charges on any orders
If you’re a customer in the UK or EEA, you get 14 days to cancel your contract with us. This two week period starts from the day after you receive your order (or from the day after you receive the last item of your order). You’ll need to write to us with notice of your cancellation – just fill out the contact form or email us: customerservices@chloepolo.co.uk
If you’re cancelling your contract with us but have already received your order, you’ll need to return the item(s) to us. You`ll then receive a full refund as per the terms & conditions policy. For hygiene reasons, pierced jewellery is non-refundable. In the interest of hygiene, please do not remove the seal found on the rings. If this is the case then we can reasonably decline your refund.
Please keep your orders separate, as returning more than one order in a parcel may delay your refund.
